Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process, once it has been delivered to our warehouse. The item(s) must be in new condition with the tags still attached If the product returned does not meet our terms and conditions the refund will be denied and the item will be disposed of.

We do not cover broken or dropped bottles or lids as a result of user error. If you feel that your bottle is defective please reach out to our support team and we can do our best to help resolve the issue or file a claim with our manufacturer.
We do not cover normal wear and tear on our Glass and Stainless Steel bottles including scratches, dents, or other things that may occur with general use. Our pro and core sleeves fit the stainless steel bottles but were not created or intended to be used on the stainless steel bottles **Use Stainless Steel Sleeves only.

Can be returned within 30 business days of the delivery date.

Can be returned or exchanged within 30 business days of the delivery date.
All clothing must be in new and unused condition, have the original tags, and be returned in the original packaging.
